  • Partner perks - buyers have been able to get a 20% discount off their first year plan by signing up for Carta through partner platforms like Stripe Atlas, Stripe Corporate Card or Mercury.
  • Waiving renewal uplift - Carta often includes an annual renewal uplift in their subscription. Buyers have been able to get the uplift waived during renewal negotiations.
